Refund and Returns Policy

At Omowilly, client satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the custom nature of digital services, the following terms apply to refunds and cancellations.


Service-Based Refund Policy

Because website design and development involve time and expertise tailored specifically to each client:

  • Full Refund – Available if the project is cancelled before any design or development work has begun.

  • Partial Refund – May be considered if cancellation occurs after the project has started but before significant progress is made. The refund amount will be based on the completed portion.

  • No Refund – Applies once 75% or more of the work is completed or when the final website has been delivered.


Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Clients must provide content, feedback, and approvals promptly.

  • If there’s no response or progress from the client’s end for 14 consecutive days, the project may be marked as completed or cancelled without refund.


Revisions & Satisfaction

All packages come with a fixed number of revisions (as specified in the service details). Additional revisions will attract extra charges. I work closely with every client to ensure the final outcome aligns with their vision and expectations.


Digital Products

For any digital downloads (e.g., templates, themes, design files), all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
